Where We Ship
Right now, we ship exclusively within Canada.
Processing Your Order
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST are processed and shipped the same day after payment has cleared.
- Orders made over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
- During times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by 1-5 days. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.

Please note: Canada Post delivery times may fluctuate and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
- Carried by Canada Post from Ontario
- Standard shipping is free for all orders.
- Estimated delivery:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Eastern & Western Canada, including rural areas: 4–8 business days
Express Shipping
- All express orders ship with Xpresspost from Ontario.
- Priority handling is included.
- Estimated delivery:
- Ontario & Quebec: 1–2 business days
- Eastern & Western Canada, including rural areas: 3–5 business days
Address Issues
To make sure your order arrives safely, please verify your shipping address at checkout.
- My CBD Canada is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package returns to us due to an error in the address, we’ll notify you and you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping—even if the original order qualified for free or discounted shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to Canada Post directly to file a claim.
My CBD Canada cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’re always here to support you with the claims process.
Cancelling Your Order
Need to make a change?
- You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped.
- Simply go to Your Orders, click “Cancel Items,” select the items to remove, and confirm by clicking “Cancel.”
